Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ⅓ cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Directions:
