We all love our sweets like donuts and ice cream! Maintaining a nutritional diet and trying to avoid the foods we love can be very difficult. Treat yourself while staying on track with these Annex Donut recipes using our Elite Gold Annex protein or Elite Gold Annex Mass.

Elite Gold Annex Protein Donuts

Ingredients

1 scoop Elite Gold Annex protein (French Vanilla recommended, but any flavor will be delicious!)
½ cup canned pumpkin (120g)
2 egg whites
1/3 cup coconut flour (35g)
1 Tbsp. baking powder

directions

Preheat oven to 340° F.
Mix ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Pour batter into donut tray.
Bake donuts for approximately 20 minutes or until toothpick test passes! (Stick a toothpick in the middle of a donut. If it comes out clean, they’re done.)
Optional: pour icing on top of donuts and place in fridge or enjoy warm!

Note: for a seasonal-flavored donut, try the Elite Gold Annex Apple Pie flavor and add a dash of cinnamon to your donuts! It’ll be a perfect autumn treat.

Elite Gold Annex Mass Donuts

Ingredients

1 scoop Elite Gold Annex Mass
½ cup canned pumpkin (120g)
1 egg white
1 whole egg
1/3 cup coconut flour (35g)
1 Tbsp. baking powder

directions

Mix ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Pour batter into donut tray.

Icing

Ingredients

½ scoop Elite Gold Annex
2/3 cup vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
Optional: Can use peanut butter or full fat yogurt to increase fat for icing if desired in place of non-fat Greek yogurt.

Directions

Mix Annex and non-fat Greek yogurt together in mixing bowl until blended. Pour on top of donuts. Enjoy!
