– Keep back parallel to ground
– Drive each leg backwards from tucked position
– Keep core tight and back straight

Suspended Knee Drive

– Keep back flat and body in straight line
– Drive suspended leg to elbow
– Sets/Reps: 3-4×6-8 each leg

Suspended Pike

– Keep head neutral and back flat
– Drive hips to ceiling
– Sets/Reps: 3-4×6-8
